Construction Execution Across Ontario
We run construction projects end-to-end for owners, developers, and operators across Ontario, taking a project from contract award through site mobilization, trade coordination, schedule control, and cost reporting to occupancy and, for industrial clients, production start-up.
With Project Execution, you hand the build to one accountable team and step back from day-to-day site management. We take on the schedule, cost, procurement, contract administration, site supervision, and quality control under a single contract.
A single contract covers schedule, cost, and delivery, so there is one party to answer to.
Look-ahead meetings and critical-path tracking catch slippage early, with a recovery plan if needed.
Spending is tracked against your budget, change orders, and contingency, in plain numbers.
One named lead runs the site, keeps daily logs, and reports to you directly.
One accountable construction team manages the schedule, the trades, the budget, the field decisions, and the path to occupancy. Each step builds on the one before it. For new warehouse and industrial buildings, these steps are the construction half of our land-to-start-up roadmap. See the full roadmap →
We build the construction schedule around the critical path, covering trade sequencing, long-lead procurement, inspections and approval gates, labour, equipment, and site logistics. When work runs beside an active operation, we set the phase boundaries with your plant team.
We estimate against your budget or guaranteed maximum price, scope each trade package, tender to qualified contractors, and recommend awards, with open-book pricing through buy-out.
We manage trade contracts, change orders, and payment certificates, and keep owners, consultants, the municipality, lenders, plant operations, and tenants informed.
A named site lead supervises the trades, runs daily safety and progress meetings, keeps the site log, manages RFIs, and inspects quality at defined hold points, with weekly reports to you. Three controls keep the work on schedule and on budget, so you see progress in real time, not in hindsight:
We hold weekly look-ahead meetings, track the critical path, and prepare costed recovery plans as soon as the forecast shows slippage.
You get open-book buy-out, line-item trade pricing, and monthly cost reports that tie work in place to the budget, change orders, and contingency.
Daily logs record safety observations, RFI status, and next steps. RFI turnaround times are agreed at kickoff and tracked every week.
We coordinate the final building inspections, fire protection verification, ESA and TSSA sign-offs, and the design professionals' general review letters, so the Town or City can permit occupancy. We then close out the record drawings, site plan works, securities, and holdback.
For industrial clients, we coordinate equipment setting, anchoring, and utility connections for process piping, compressed air, power, and ventilation. ProWise Engineering prepares the Pre-Start Health and Safety Review (PSHSR) and the TSSA submissions, and where the process calls for it, a pre-startup safety review (PSSR), so the line can start up on schedule.
Engineering behind the build. When you want one contract for design and construction, we deliver design-build with ProWise Engineering. Site plan approval and permits, structural, civil, MEP, and piping design, Ontario Building Code review, PSHSR/PSSR reviews, TSSA submissions, and P.Eng. certification are carried under a separate professional engagement, and you keep one point of contact for the build.
Project Types
Distribution centres, fulfilment buildings, light manufacturing plants, slabs sized for racking and equipment loads, dock logistics, and PSHSR-aware sequencing.
Phased work in occupied or partially occupied healthcare settings, infection-control measures, MEP and life-safety integration, and scheduled handover around operations.
Multi-location programs across the GTA and Ontario with landlord coordination, brand-standard execution, and delivery cadence built around opening dates.
Plant modifications beside production, equipment rigging and platforms, MEP rework, and safety-review coordination where new or modified equipment triggers review under Ontario Regulation 851.
Office TI, partition layouts, MEP redistribution, IT and life-safety integration, landlord coordination, and phased tenant entry where base-building work is included.
Send us your project parameters for an industrial or retail program, and we will set up an early-stage call.
Start Your BuildProject Execution and Construction Management are two distinct service models. The right one depends on who you want holding the trade contracts.
Project Execution means we run the build under a contract that holds us accountable for schedule, cost, and delivery. Construction Management means we manage the build on the owner's behalf while the owner keeps more control over trade contracts.
Yes. Design-build is integrated through ProWise Group: ProWise Engineering carries the design scope and ProWise Construction executes the build. We also run construction-only execution against owner-supplied or third-party designs.
Weekly look-ahead tracking surfaces slippage early. Cost variances are reported monthly against the GMP or baseline, with drivers and recovery options. Owner-initiated scope changes go through documented change management.
Pure consulting or oversight roles fit Construction Management. Very small renovations under roughly $500K usually fit better under a lighter renovation and retrofit structure.
We respond within one business day with next steps and the clarifying questions needed to scope the engagement.
Content on this page describes ProWise Construction's construction project execution services in general terms. It does not constitute a binding cost or schedule estimate for any specific project. Project pricing, schedules, and deliverables are defined in the executed construction contract for each engagement.
